I did not receive the confirmation email

If you have complete your order and your payment has been processed you should receive a confirmation email for your order. If not, please log in your account and check the address email you have provided to be sure it is correct. Allow few minutes up to one hour for our email to be delivered, and refresh your mailbox. If you still don't have any email from us, check your spam folder.

If the issue remains, please contact our billing department from the contact page of the store. Select Billing from the dropdown menu, then select your order number in below ( Your order numbers are available only if you are logged in ).

If you don't have any order number or if you experience a technical issue on our website, kindly provide your account informations in the body of your message such as your name, surname, email address, and phone number including country and area code in order for our team to contact you if needed.

We will make our best to get back to you as soon as possible within few hours up to one business day.
